When Chikotela finds an old certificate he takes it as an official document signed by King Erekle himself and decides to claim back a part of the vineyard that currently belongs to his neighbor Chiriki. However, the village clergy proves that the certificate is a fake. Enraged by the decision Chikotela estranges himself from his kindhearted neighbor but soon finds out that their children are in love with each other.
