Georgia during the 1905 revolution. The Bolshevik ideas slowly permeate into the peasants’ community. The local government continually uses force. Tariel Golua, a local peasant stands for the peaceful resolution of the conflict but when the authorities kill his only son and burn down his house he understands that the only way to become free is an armed protest.
