The film is about a young director who has no means to shoot a film and walks in the streets of his city, capturing various scenes of contemporary city life. Due to extreme financial hardship, the city people have lost the spiritual values. Instead their minds are occupied by looking for the ways of earning their daily bread: the director has Abkhasia refugees as tenants, a former professor survives by street vending, a merchant is in the parliament, others live at the expense of the people in need. Th e director is writing a script that will not ever be shot.
