Impecunious Ashug-Kharib gets neglected by his sweetheart’s relatives. In quest of fortune Ashug-Kharib sets forth to a long journey. The young fellow had many adventures on his precarious way. Sometimes he was naked and at times richly clad. He was captured and then set free but the fellow never did evil for the evil inflicted on him. The only thing he missed was his home, so he returned as penniless as he used to be. However, Ashug-Kharib learned what life is all about and came back to his sweetheart
