Leaded by Parnaoz Morchadze, a group of rebellious peasants disarms the Menshevik militia and hides the weapons. Authorities send in the punitive unit. The rebels avoid the encounter with the unit. Instead they decide to cease the guerilla warfare and join the full-fledged riot. The rebels find shelter in the forest. Parnaoz’s house gets set on fire and his closest friend killed; Parnaoz is killed by the assassin. The Red Army takes over the city. Parnaoz is buried with honors.
