Jotto, a village witch-doctor, is against building the new hospital but he pretends he’s one of the local enthusiasts and even donates to the hospital construction. Meanwhile, in an effort to make the lives of the young and inexperienced doctors in the newly built hospital even harder, he sends the hopeless cases to them. Only when his own son fells from a horse and is in need of an urgent operation, Jotto finds out how important the new hospital can be.
