The plot develops in one of the jerkwater outskirts of Tbilisi. Main character of the film starts his next week-day speculating about the ways of getting money to buy vodka. His flat is almost empty as everything of somewhat value has been sold out. Just a refrigerator remains which keeps operating despite its obsolete state. Momentary pleasure given by a fling with a lady who came to buy the refrigerator vanishes in a trace just the same as money received aft er the refrigerator sale.
