The film is based on the diaries of actual witnesses and participants of the Georgian-Abkhazian war from opposing sides. Lisa, the former war reporter, 25 years after the end of the war, receives a call from Abkhazia from a former militant. This call turns Lisa's life upside down. Lisa gets behind the wheel and drives across Georgia to meet the Abkhaz militant at the border of Russian-occupied Abkhazia tell him something very important.
