Destitution has brought Dato to a rubbish dump in Batumi. Animals inhabiting surrounding area became his close friends. Dato decides to build an independent republic with the items he has found in the landfill. In his “Republic” all beings would be equal. Within a few years, Dato's utopian idea collapses and his life becomes like that of other locals.
