A young man goes abroad for work and leaves his flat to his father who comes down from the village. Vano gets befriended with his neighbor Evtikhi. One day the old men find a cow in the outskirts of the city and bring the animal to Vano’s flat. It’s obviously difficult to maintain such an animal in a big living home. In the spring the cow gives birth to cattle, whereas Evtikhi suddenly dies. Mournful Vano brings the cow and its cattle to the village.
