A law enforcement officer dubbed "Kukaracha" chases juvenile delinquents and takes care of the public safety. He advises Inga, lover of the incorrigible criminal Murtalo to break up her relationship. Kukaracha gets hold of Murtalo in Inga’s flat, but sets him free at Inga’s request. Inga and Kukaracha fall for each other. Enraged Murtalo kills Kukaracha. Inga shoots Murtalo at his trial seven times but misses all the shots.
