The film depicts the developments of the Second World War. Zaur Jashi, a military pilot, finds youngsters stuck in the ruins of the building demolished by a bomb and takes them to the airport. The boys are proud of Zaur and impatiently wait for his return from every mission. Zaur also likes the boys who remind him his own childhood. At the decision of the authorities the children get evacuated from the city by plane. The plane is attacked by the enemy’s jets. Zaur’s little friends vividly see as to how the brave pilot terminates the enemy, but Zaur’s plane also catches the fire and goes down.
