Nodar abandons his family in the village and goes to the city. His friend Givi tries to persuade him to get back to the family but Nodar doesn’t want to hear about is. Instead, he takes a job of a dancing instructor at a factory club. Meanwhile, Givi meets Ia and they fell in love. Nodar knows about their relationship but he tries to seduce her anyway. Enraged by his impudence Givi attacks and hits Nodar thus forcing him to leave the city.
