Gia finds a stray dog in the street and brings it home. In order to protect his pet from the wicked neighbors and the sanitary inspection, Gia gets legal papers for it. But one day, as Gia returns home he finds out that his dog is taken away by the inspector. The boys from the neighborhood decide to stand by Gia and help him retrieve his pet.
