After his father dies in the World War II little Saba is brought up by his grandfather. Saba helps his grandfather in the house and in the garden. Saba’s help is more like a play but the grandfather is satisfied, for his grandchild learns how to treat the nature and others around him. These are Saba’s first efforts to comprehend the universe and understand the life.
