Beautiful Fatima brought up in the family of Prince Alimbek is in love with two men, - Prince’s son Jambulat and Ibrahim, the prince’s domestic worker. The Prince refuses his son to marry Fatima and dismisses Ibrahim. Jambulat goes to war and vanishes for a long time. Fatima, who promised Jambulat not to marry anybody before his arrival is pushed by the local traditions to marry. That’s when she decides to marry Ibrahim. Unexpectedly Jambulat shows up; he tries to gain back her former lover’s heart but without success. That’s when he decides to kill Ibrahim.
