Sergo and Beso, a different generation workers of the port, cannot agree on the planning and rationalization of work. The fact that Kato, Sergo’s daughter marries Beso without her father’s consent adds to the situation. Beso, and Sergo are strictly against that Kato be engaged in the social activity. The argument between the couple goes to the extent that they decide to divorce. The installation of the contemporary equipment makes the life of the port workers much easier. Sergo accepts the new technology as a step forward and gets friendly with his son-in-law. Beso and Kato also atone.
