Born in 1964. In 1988 graduated from the State Institute of Theatre and Cinema of Georgia majoring in acting. In 1987-1990 studied at the faculty of screenwriting of the Tbilisi State University, in 1990-1995 studied at the film and TV direction faculty of International Institute of Cinematography in Moscow. Author of several books. His stories and plays are published in Georgian periodicals.
