State minister of desinfections leaves on a secret mission for Goa, India on an errand of the president. He takes his deputy and a mistress with him. The Georgians are spied upon by the Armenian Masonic lodge members and Russian Federal Security Service employees. The Georgians seconded to India clash with the terrorist organization but everything ends well.
