Because of improper boots, a worker is unable to deliver an important message during exercises in military maneuvers and in result the personnel of an armored train "die". The main character finds himself in the convicts' chair, but as it turns out, the tribunal, itself is to blame: in its ranks is a group of a "dead" armored train personnel who made faulty boots.
This is an agitation propaganda film created in the form of a parable on the theme of “Producers of Defective Goods- Saboteurs of Defense”!
The Department of cinema heritage protection at the National Film Centre of Georgia made a new copy of the film with financial support provided by UNESCO.
The film was first screened on December 10, 2008, at Tbilisi International Film Festival.
