The main characters of the film are several couples and single men of different ages. All of them are searching for the love they lack so much in their everyday lives. They live in Tbilisi, where their lives often cross each other, but often they are not even aware of this. At different times each of them recalls the unique winter night when all the fountains froze. This spectacular moment is imprinted in the memories of the city inhabitants for a long time.
