The city elite gets intrigued at the sight of the first automobile. Alber Lolish, the French young man who promotes the new means of transportation, becomes the toast of the city and wins all the women’s hearts. Betty Zandukeli is no exception. However, Betty’s father finds out that Lolish is just another poor Tbilisian crook who constructed the automobile by himself. After having crushed the car, Lolish starts a new endeavor and urges the wealthy dealers to invest in the oil consuming company. As Lolish tries to escape by the air balloon, he gets caught and killed by the deceived dealers.
