Troubled by the constant intrusion of his neighbor’s hogs, Galaktion decides to lodge a complaint in the court. The encounter with the local bureaucracy persuades Galaktion that the law enforcement is absolutely neutral to ordinary people’s difficulties. The complaint cost Galaktion a pretty penny, though he did not get rid of the hogs.
